The interest rates for our Home Loan program range between 9% and 12% per annum. The exact rate will depend on the risk qualification of the loan. To ensure affordable monthly payments, we offer a minimum repayment term of 20 years. However, for those considering the purchase of a condominium unit, the loan term will be co-terminus with the dissolution of the corporation project or management, the condemnation or expropriation of the unit, or the condominium building. In any case, the loan term for condominium units will not exceed twenty (20) years.
